I like the way I'm posting every day. Makes me feel.. consistent. Hehs. And I'm finally doing something I said I'll do! :D I have a feeling nobody bothers reading this anyway. Hahaha.
And so on we go to..

DAY FOUR. :D

Photobucket

Took this at the first place we visited.
It was a place where they exhibit this particular artist's works.
He is AMAZING. He uses sand and real materials to paint.
No paint, no poster colours, all sand. (:
Photography wasn't allowed, so I can't show you guys how awesome it is. ):

So anyway after the exhibition we went to another section of the same place the previous day! Haha. Yes, that was the main attraction of the place, so we kept going back there. And on this really special day, Ben joined our group for that day's trip! :D

Photobucket

Lol, mother insisted taking this photo. I'm glad she did. ((:
Yes brenda, this was the Ben Yeo that i was talking about! HAHA.
Sorry for disappointing you. X]
He's a real nice fellow! And very very caring. (:

Photobucket

See? He kept helping this old man in our group. So sweet luh. ((:

Photobucket

This is my awesome tour group leader! :D
She's fantastic I tell ya. Haha. I hope she gets a promotion. ((:

Photobucket

This is the happiness bridge. They say that when you cross this bridge, hold hands with your significant other, and you will live in bliss. Needless to say, I was the only one with no hands to hold. LOL. Why? Because everyone in my tour group IS MARRIED. Hahaha. Oh, Ben didn't have hands to hold with too. Hehs. And there are these three people in my group (I call them the three witches), they were like wanting to hold Ben's hand to cross the bridge. And Ben was furiously rejecting their offer. It was hilarious ttm.

I call the three people the three witches not because I'm bad okay. Haha.
It's because they cackle. Like seriously, CACKLE.
Even my mum agrees with me about this. Hahaha.
They weren't very nice to me, but they are actually nice people I guess. LOL.

After climbing around that place, we went to one really unique place. It's the place of attraction that displays the culture of the tribe living in that part of China. Sat on a boat and learnt a lot of things. Heh. Sat behind Ben. :D

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

The tribe people there have a habit of calling "YOO WHEY!" when they meet others. Or they call that at the end of a song to mark its end. Oh they love to sing a lot. In fact, they sing to propose! :D

Photobucket

We were shouting YOO WHEY to everyone we see. Hahaha. :D

Anyway, their way of proposing:

The guy will sing 3 songs to propose to the girl. If the girl accepts the proposal, she will sing back to him telling him she accepts. The guy can then bring the girl home to marry. BUT. If the girl rejects the proposal, the guy has to STAY THERE FOR NINE YEARS, to serve the girl and to wash her feet. After nine years then the guy can be free and leave. COOL CULTURE RIGHT. HEH.

So anyway the MC wanted us to send a guy to sing to the girl there.
And we sent, BEN! :D Hahaha. He so poor thing, kena sabo-ed.
So he was totally caught off guard, and had to sing.

Photobucket

Ben being taught by the MC to sing to..

Photobucket

HER. :D

Photobucket

"I will succeed!" Says Ben. Haha.
He looks so adorable in this picture! (:

The proposal afterwards, WAS HILARIOUS LIKE MAD.

(Note: We were supposed to shout "YOO WHEY" after he finishes his song.)
(Double note: All these happened in Chinese.)

MC: Okay, ready? 1, 2, 3, SING.

Ben: [singing] 有一个美丽的小女孩,她的名字叫做小微..

Tour group: YOO WHEY!

(Burst out laughing because Ben wasn't even done singing)
(Ben stares at us with the evil eye, hahaha.)

Girl: [speaking] Sir, you're so smart. How did you know my name is 小微?

(Laughs and claps super loudly)

Girl: [singing] Sir you are so sweet, where did you come from?

Ben: [speaking] I come from Singapore. I have a wife and a kid at home.

MC: You have to sing it out! Cannot speak. It's a rule.

Ben: I'm not speaking! I'm RAPPING. Rapping is very IN now.

(Burst out laughing again)

Girl: [singing] Sir since you have a wife and a kid, why are you singing this to me?

Ben: [RAPPING] I married my wife last year, this year haven't marry yet. (LOL!)

Girl: [singing] Sir, sir, You are so fickle-minded and such a Casanova, I think you better stay here for nine years to wash my feet for me!

LMAO. I laughed until my stomach hurt! "I'm Rapping!" HAHAHA. :D
So anyway besides this epic episode, we saw some cool rocks!
Which will also be featured in the contest at the end of these entries.
I don't care how late it will be, I must have this contest. LOL.
I wanna see who has a creative mind. ((:

These are the males of the tribe there. The one with the bowl suddenly climbed into our boat and sat next to me! Scared me. LOL. Along the way I was so embarrassed!

MC: Who can guess when is the valentines' day for our tribe?
Someone: 14th Feb!
Someone else: 28th Feb!
Someone else else: 4th July! (LOL)
Male native: (To me) It's 3rd of March.
MC: Hmm, nobody seem to know.
Male native: (To me) Go on, say it. 3rd of March. (:
Me: 3rd of March!
MC: That little girl is correct! How smart! How did you know?
Me: (Points to male native) He told me.

Tourguide: Wow, our 啊哥 do not usually tell people things. Looks like you have been picked by our 啊哥! Once our 啊哥 picks you, you have to stay here and marry him and spend every valentines' day with him!

(Shocked, I looked at the male native, and he looked at me too. Then we both turned away instantly.)

Tourguide: Looks like we've got a young couple at the back! Oh look they're blushing!

Waaaaa, embarrassed like mad. Then throughout the journey the male native kept staring at me. And we kept looking at each other and turning away immediately. Hahaha. He was quite cute when he smile actually. ((:

After we left the place, we went to a place to buy jewellery.
Okay, I have to tell you about this awesome man I met.
If not interested y'all can skip the whole chunk beneath. But it's really nice. (:

Photobucket

This guy is the CEO of the jewelery company. He's Thai, actually. He seem to have quite a high status in Thailand. Lol. Anyway he was really excited to see us because we came from Singapore. In 2004, his parents were out at the tsunami place when the tsunami took place. The tsunami washed his father away, but his father was saved by a Singaporean. After knowing that, he and his family wanted to thank the person, but they didn't dare mention it because that guy lost his family in the tsunami. That person also rejected the jewelery and cash the family sent him. Hence after this incident, this man always felt an unusual bond between him and Singaporeans. (:

He was really nice. He gave us all a small piece of Jade, for free. And he exposed all the lies about Jade commercial companies try to feed us with. He told us not to buy anything in the shop, because he feels it's useless because Singapore sells these jewelery too. Then he sold us a gem necklace which actually cost hundreds Singapore dollars, at Singapore 10 bucks. And he threw in a free matching bracelet. WHAO.

And what's more? All the money made, he'll donate it to the temple to pray for his unborn baby's safe arrival to this Earth. Like OH MY GOSH, he is so freaking nice! If you think the company is doing well, and he doesn't need our money, you're wrong. The branch we were in was shutting down. He was there to sign the land over to the new owner.

SO NICE RIGHT. OMG. I bet he's gonna be an amazing Dad. (:
His child is supposedly arriving onto Earth on the 19th June 2010.
The doctor said the delivery might not be smooth. =/
So please people, help pray for him and his family.

Okay after all of that, we sat on our awesome comfortable bus for SEVEN hours to the Jetty.
Photobucket

During the ride, Ben made us sing songs. LOL.
Then we shared jokes and told ghost stories. It was damn fun. ((:
Best longest ride I have ever taken. :D
Wa I tell you, adults are really super dirty-minded la!
Most of the jokes made were dirty jokes! LOL.

When we reached the jetty, we said goodbye to our tourguide and driver,
and boarded the cruise. It was super late already, so we went to sleep. (:
Miss our tourguide and driver though. They were such awesome people. (:

Photobucket

Our tourguide. (:

Photobucket

And our driver. ((:

On this day, I got a new frienddddd. :D

Photobucket

What could it be? :O

Photobucket

Ahh, it's a 娃娃鱼! :D
The real thing actually cries at night. Haha.
Isn't it adorable? :D

Me: Eh Ben! I'm naming my 娃娃鱼 "Ah Ben", after you! Aren't you honoured? ^^
Ben: [stares at the fish] Cannot laaaaa. I'm so much cuter!

LMAO, yes Ben, you're the cutest! ((:

Oh for people who do not know, I have liked Ben since a very long time ago.
Hahaha, everytime go Northpoint I'll see his poster and tell the person I'm with that he's cute.
LOL. Even Deborah was like saying, "Eh, the guy you like" when we walked past it. :D
He's much more awesome in real life. :D

KAY, END OF DAY FOUR.
